Pittsburg Community Theatre’s production of ……….

Run for Your Wife

by Ray Cooney
Directed by Suzan Lorraine

Produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

Life has a way of throwing your schedule out the window – and for a taxi driver in London with two wives, this makes his life ever so complicated!!  John's best friend, Stanley, manages to make it worse by "helping out" and before you know it, the upstairs neighbor and the police are involved.  This fun, fast-moving British farce will have audiences laughing all night!

The cast members for this production come from all corners of Contra Costa County. Cast characters include John Smith played by Ken Sollazzo from Martinez; Mary Smith (John’s wife) played by Siobhan O’Brien from Concord; Barbara Smith (also John’s wife) played by Claire Stevenson from El Sobrante; Stanley Gardner (John’s best friend) played by George Doerr from Hercules; Det. Sgt. Troughton played by Wayne Steffen from Antioch; Det. Sgt. Porterhouse played by Kevin Burns also from Antioch; Bobby Franklyn (the upstairs neighbor) played by Jack O’Leary from Pittsburg; and the reporter played by Mark Holobetz from Moraga.

Performances will be May 6, 7, 13, 14, 2011, at 8:00 p.m. and there will be one Sunday matinee, May 8, 2011, at 2:00 p.m.
