  What has been a rollercoaster ride for Sellers has become a WIN WIN situation for Buyers and Investors. I have a number of clients that are either buying or investing and they are both benefiting from the current economic chaos.

   Buyers now have a home that they can call their own. Their entire payment is in many cases less then what they are paying for rent….to someone else!  We haven’t even brought in the tax benefits that one enjoys or the equity that will eventually be gained. The independence they now enjoy to be able to make whatever changes they want to THEIR home without worrying about what the landlord will say is priceless. They now have the ability to entertain freely with no concerns.  Another plus  that can’t be over looked is the capability to park ones car in a garage.  As time passes what a joy it is to go visit my clients in THEIR new home and see their smiles and joy as we talk.

 To see Investors purchasing and it actually pencils out to where they are making money each month is something that has not been seen in a long long time! And we are not yet speaking of the equity that will be realized as time moves forward!!

  This is a GREAT time to be in either camp, as a Buyer or an Investor. In either case if one does not have the ability to achieve this on their own,  try pairing up with someone or even tripling up……this is what we used to do, it does make things easier from a monetary stand point.
